The A7 Chord
This is A-7 Chord.
This is the 1st Chord in which you will be playing 4 Strings with 2 fingers.
The 3rd Finger (ring finger) to play the 1st String.
And you are supposed to press 4 Strings with your index finger. It only sounds difficult, but once you try it, its ridiculously simple. Just place your index finger horizontally across the 2nd Fret. Its sometimes difficult to get the right tension there, I use my middle finger to support my index finger.
Here is your table for String Fret Finger.

Why A 7?
Now, you ought to ask whats up with the 7?
Remember in A chord, we just played 3 notes. we played only A, C# and E from the 6 Strings of the guitar.
Now the 7 means we add one more note, the 7th. And not exactly the 7th but the flat note of the 7th.
Just a quick revision: # notes are the notes that succeed notes. eg C# follows C
Likewise, flat notes are notes that come before the note. eg: G is flat note of G#.
or C#/D-flat is flat note of D.
So now we'll have to look back at the A scale & find the 7th note.

A | A# | B | C | C# | D | D# | E | F | F# | G | G# | A |
Here G# is the 7th note, so its flat note will be G, which is exactly being played on the 3rd fret of the 1st String.
